CORINTH, NY — State Police arrested a man on a felony grand larceny charge on Dec. 6.
Kenneth E. Burdick, 51, of Hadley, was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree, a class E felony.
Troopers received a report of a stolen all-terrain vehicle in the town of Corinth at about 4:12 p.m. on Dec. 5.
The investigation determined Burdick allegedly removed the ATV from the property without permission on Dec. 3.
The ATV was located and recovered outside a home in Queensbury.
Burdick was arrested at the location where the ATV was recovered and transported to State Police barracks in Wilton for processing.
He was arraigned at Corinth Town Court, where he was remanded to the Saratoga County Correctional Facility without bail.
