ELMIRA, NY — A man was arrested on a drug charge following a traffic stop in the city.
Michael A. Simon, 32, of Elmira was arrested Dec. 10 for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a Class A misdemeanor.
Simon was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Elmira City Court at a later date.
