ENDICOTT, NY — The Broome County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in locating a man wanted on an outstanding warrant.
Hugo Cintron is wanted on a charge of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, according to Detective Sergeant Harder.
Cintron was last known to frequent the Oak Hill Avenue area of Endicott.
He is described as a Black male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, weighing 250 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.
