WESTMINSTER, VT — Vermont State Police cited a 69-year-old man after investigating a threatening incident on Wellington Hill Road East.
Thomas Coulombe Jr., of Westminster, was accused of operating his vehicle recklessly, threatening a victim and recklessly endangering him, according to police.
Police received the report at approximately 10:58 a.m. Nov. 2.
Coulombe was cited on charges of reckless endangerment, negligent operation and criminal threatening.
He is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Dec. 30 at 8:30 a.m.
