WATERBURY, VT — State police are investigating the theft of a substantial number of tools from a residence under construction on Gregg Hill Road.
Troopers with the Berlin Barracks received the theft report on Dec. 9.
An investigation revealed someone forced entry into the premises and took the tools without permission.
The incident occurred between Dec. 8 and Dec. 9.
No arrests have been made.
