MILTON, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a fight in progress call Monday at 11:43 a.m. on Paisley Road.
Investigation into the complaint led to the arrest of Richard E. Daniels, 25, of Ballston Spa.
Daniels was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt in the first degree, both class E felonies.
Daniels is accused of committing a specified offense under the statute having previously been convicted of a specified offense within the immediately preceding five years.
He is also charged with subjecting the victim to unlawful physical contact in violation of an order of protection.
Daniels was arraigned before the Honorable Timothy M. Brown in the Milton Town Court and remanded to the Saratoga County Jail pending further proceedings.
