VIENNA, NY — A 35-year-old man faces felony and misdemeanor charges following a domestic dispute investigation.
Members of the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Road Patrol Division responded to a residence in the Town of Vienna on Dec. 8 for a report of a domestic dispute.
At the conclusion of the investigation, Christopher Filey, 35, of Vienna, was arrested and charged with one count of criminal contempt in the first degree, a class E felony.
Filey was further charged with one count of harassment in the second degree, a violation.
Filey was processed at the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office Law Enforcement Building.
He was then transported to the Oneida County Correctional Facility where he was held pending arraignment in CAP court.
