FERRISBURGH, VT — A Panton man has been cited after allegedly stealing a donation container from a Dollar General store.
Troopers received a report of a theft from the Dollar General on Monkton Road at approximately 7:03 p.m. on Nov. 25.
An investigation revealed that Will C. Phillips, 28, of Panton, stole a donation container from the store, according to police.
Phillips was issued a citation on Dec. 8 to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 26, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.
