MOREAU, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call Friday at 10:52 p.m. on Gansevoort Road.
Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Jessica D. Tucker, 42, of Glens Falls.
Tucker was charged with assault in the 2nd degree, a class D felony, and aggravated family offense, a class E felony.
Tucker is accused of intentionally causing physical injury to another person by means of a dangerous instrument and of committing a specified offense having been convicted of a specified offense within the immediately preceding five years.
She is alleged to have thrown an unopened can of soda at the victim, striking them in the face and resulting in physical injury.
Tucker was arraigned before the Honorable John G. Hogan in the Moreau Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further proceedings.
