Man sought in iPad fraud case in Salem

SALEM, NH — Police are seeking the public’s help identifying a man suspected of fraudulently financing iPads under another person’s account.

The Salem Police Department said the suspect allegedly financed $1,500 worth of iPad 13 Pros using accounts belonging to people who did not authorize the transactions.

Police said they confirmed the victim did not know the suspect and did not give him permission to use their account.

Investigators reviewed surveillance camera footage but were unable to obtain a license plate number.
