LINCOLN, RI — Members of the Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested a Providence man on Dec. 5 on charges of casino cheating.
Cesar R. Gomez Paredes, 30, of Providence, was arrested on an affidavit and arrest warrant for two counts of casino cheating – place, increase, decrease, bet, or attempt to, with prior knowledge of outcome.
Paredes was processed at the Lincoln Barracks.
He was arraigned by a justice of the peace and released with a future Third District Court date.
