BETHPAGE, NY — Nassau County police have arrested a man in connection with a double homicide at an Italian deli.
Officers responded to A & A Italian Deli & Pizza at 4240 Hicksville Road at 9:11 a.m. on Dec. 4.
Upon arrival, officers found a 62-year-old woman and a 70-year-old man unresponsive with stab wounds.
The female victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male victim was transported to a local hospital where he died from his injuries.
Police identified the victims as Angela Pulisciano, 62, of Seaford, and Antonio Dambrosio, 70, of Seaford.
Vito Dambrosio, 30, of Seaford, was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
