PAWTUCKET, RI — State Police arrested a Central Falls man early Thursday after troopers responded to reports of a wrong-way driver that resulted in a crash on Route 95 North.
Claudio Debarrossoaresgo, 46, of Central Falls, was arrested at 2:01 a.m. and charged with carrying a firearm while under the influence of liquor or drugs, driving under the influence of liquor – B.A.C. unknown – first offense, reckless driving, and refusal to submit to a chemical test – first offense.
Debarrossoaresgo was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
He was released with a notice to appear in Sixth Division District Court.
In a separate incident, troopers arrested Ousseynou Seck, 27, of Pawtucket, at 2:50 a.m. after responding to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident on Pawtucket Avenue in East Providence.
Seck was charged with driving under the influence of liquor – B.A.C. unknown – first offense, duty to stop for accident resulting in damage to attended vehicle, and refusal to submit to a chemical test – first offense.
He was transported to the State Police Lincoln Woods Barracks, where he was processed and arraigned by a Justice of the Peace.
Seck was released with a notice to appear at Sixth Division District Court.
