SPENCER, MA — A fire at 324 Main Street has temporarily closed Route 9 in both directions.
The Spencer Police Department is on scene managing the incident.
The Parade of Lights has been delayed by approximately 20 minutes due to the fire.
Police are asking motorists to plan for additional travel time and follow officer directions on scene.
Residents are urged to stay clear of the area if possible.
