LINCOLN, RI — A Providence man was arrested Thursday on embezzlement and credit card fraud charges following an investigation by state police.
Balmore Martinez, 57, of Providence, was taken into custody at his residence at 12:02 p.m.
Martinez faces charges of embezzlement and fraudulent conversion over $100 and fraudulent use of a credit card over $100.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later arraigned at Sixth Division District Court.
