JACKSON, NY — State Police arrested a Vermont man on drunken driving charges following a rollover crash Nov. 11.
Troopers responded to a report of a one-car rollover crash off State Route 313 at about 5:58 p.m.
The driver was identified as Kyle J. Stork, 31, of Arlington.
A child under the age of 16 was located in the vehicle and removed by members of the Fire Department.
The child was transported to Albany Medical Center by EMS for evaluation.
Stork was arrested for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with a Child (Leandra’s Law), and other Vehicle and Traffic Law violations.
He was transported to State Police Greenwich for processing where he recorded a 0.15% blood alcohol content.
Further investigation discovered Stork has had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years.
Stork was issued an appearance ticket returnable to Jackson Town Court on Dec. 11 and released.
