HARPERSFIELD, NY — A Delaware County woman has been arrested on a harassment charge following an investigation that began in October.
Christine A. Andrews, 65, of Harpersfield, was arrested on the morning of Nov. 17 after a criminal summons for harassment in the second degree was issued by the Town of Harpersfield Court.
Sheriff’s deputies located and arrested Andrews on the criminal summons.
Andrews was issued an appearance ticket to return to Harpersfield Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
