SOUTH PORTLAND, ME — Police are seeking the public’s help in identifying a man involved in an incident Tuesday afternoon.
Officer Emerson of the South Portland Police Department released photos of the individual and is asking anyone with information to come forward.
The department apologized for the quality of the photos in its request for assistance.
