GUILFORD, VT — Vermont State Police received a report of a family fight at a residence on Guilford Center Road on Dec. 4 at 12:30 p.m.
Investigation of the incident revealed that James Smith, 32, of Guilford, violated his conditions of release.
Smith was issued a citation and is scheduled to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division on Dec. 4 at 12:30 p.m.
