PAWTUCKET, RI — Members of the Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested a man on a domestic violence charge on Dec. 4.
Pedro Goncalves, 41, of Pawtucket, was taken into custody on an affidavit and arrest warrant issued by the Pawtucket Police Department.
He was charged with domestic violence – strangulation.
Goncalves was arrested without incident and turned over to members of the Pawtucket Police Department.
