PENN YAN, NY — A 30-year-old man faces a harassment charge following a verbal disagreement with a village resident.
Danny L. Ribble Jr., of Penn Yan, was charged with harassment in the second degree by Penn Yan police.
Police said Ribble made verbal threats toward a village resident on Nov. 20 for no legitimate reason, causing the victim to be alarmed.
A criminal summons was requested from the court and issued.
Ribble is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court to answer to the charge.
