LINCOLN, RI — A Pawtucket man was arrested on reckless driving charges Tuesday evening following a barracks investigation.
Kiarie Kinuthia Coushlin, 20, of Pawtucket, turned himself in to state police at the Lincoln Woods Barracks at 5:25 p.m. Dec. 2.
Coushlin was charged with reckless driving and other offenses against public safety, first offense.
He was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
Coushlin was released with a future arraignment date in Sixth Division District Court.
