PROVIDENCE, RI — A Warwick man was arrested Tuesday evening following a motor vehicle collision on Route 95 North.
Brian Finegan, 35, of Warwick, was taken into custody at 6 p.m. and charged with driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs with blood alcohol content unknown and refusal to submit to a chemical test.
State troopers responded to the crash on the northbound side of the highway.
Finegan was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and arraigned by a justice of the peace.
He was released to the custody of a responsible adult.
