MALTA, NY — The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active domestic incident call Tuesday at 1:40 a.m. on Everest Drive.
Investigation into the matter led to the arrest of Lillian J. Mancinni, 22, of Malta, on two counts of assault in the 2nd degree, class D felonies.
Mancinni is accused of intentionally causing physical injury to another person by means of a dangerous instrument.
She is alleged to have thrown a glass mason jar filled with liquid at the victim resulting in injury to their hand and to have repeatedly struck the victim with a metal water bottle resulting in injury to their elbow.
She was arraigned before the Honorable Ellwood A. Sloat in the Malta Town Court and released on her own recognizance pending further proceedings.
