WAITSFIELD, VT — Vermont State Police received a late report Dec. 1 of a possible restraining order violation on Vermont Route 17.
Through investigation, police determined that David Lewis, 49, of Lincoln, had violated his conditions of release and a protection order.
Lewis was cited to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division to answer to the charges.
