LEICESTER, VT — A Bridport man faces charges after a single-vehicle crash late Sunday night.
Troopers from the New Haven Barracks were notified at approximately 10:58 p.m. Nov. 30 of a vehicle that had gone off the roadway.
Troopers identified the operator as Arlyn Sunderland, 30, of Bridport.
Investigation revealed that Sunderland operated the vehicle with a criminally suspended license, which was also a violation of his court-ordered conditions.
Sunderland was taken into custody and transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear at the Addison County Superior Court Criminal Division on Jan. 26 at 12:30 p.m.
Sunderland is charged with violations of conditions of release and criminal driving with a suspended license.
