73 arrests made in Fulton County

JOHNSTOWN, NY — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office made 73 arrests and handled 900 incidents between Oct. 27 and Nov. 30, according to a press release.

The incidents included 14 animal complaints, 8 disorderly conducts, 2 burglaries, 25 domestic violence complaints, 6 DWIs, 8 frauds, 27 larcenies, 10 mental health complaints, 72 motor vehicle accidents, 209 traffic stops, 4 trespass, 1 unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and 15 welfare checks.

Andrew L. Dwyer, 30, of Gloversville, was charged in the City of Gloversville with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor, and was charged in the Town of Johnstown Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended.

Timothy L. Adams, 42, of Gloversville, was charged in the Town of Mayfield with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Joseph T. Donofrio, 31, of Gloversville, was arrested on two warrants issued out of City of Johnstown Court.

Emma C. Rodriguez, 30, of Gloversville, was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Mayfield Court.

Ashley S. Frasier, 39, of Gloversville, was charged in the Town of Broadalbin Court with grand larceny 4th degree, a Class E felony.

Shawn P. Marshall, 45, of Galway, was charged in the Town of Broadalbin with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Michelle A. Fantauzzi, 41, of Broadalbin, was charged in the Town of Broadalbin Court with assault 3rd degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

Jasmine L. Tran, 26, of Gloversville, was charged in the Town of Johnstown Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Tammy S. Heroth, 55, of Gloversville, was charged in the Town of Perth Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Nathan J. Bleyl, 20, of Broadalbin, was charged in the Town of Mayfield Court with driving while intoxicated 1st offense, an unclassified misdemeanor, and operate motor vehicle with BAC of .08% or higher, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Robert C. Stelly, 51, of Northville, was charged in the Town of Mayfield Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Zachary M. Bailey, 34, of Gloversville, was charged in the Town of Bleecker Court with reckless endangerment 1st degree, a Class D felony, and unlawful fleeing of a police officer 3rd degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

Kristin R. Hayes, 40, of Gloversville, was arrested on a warrant issued by Town of Broadalbin Court.

Zachary D. Rumer, 34, of Amsterdam, was charged in the Town of Perth with assault 3rd degree, a Class A misdemeanor, endangering the welfare of a child, a Class A misdemeanor, and criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, a Class A misdemeanor.

Joshua L. Warner, 34, of Amsterdam, was charged in the Town of Johnstown Court with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.

Karl E. Niedhammer, 32, of Amsterdam, was charged in the Town of Perth Court with unauthorized use of a vehicle without owner consent, a Class A misdemeanor.

Lauren D. Easton, 40, of Saint Johnsville, was charged in the Town of Johnstown Court with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.
