ELMIRA, NY — Police have located a 64-year-old woman who went missing Saturday afternoon and say she is in stable condition.

Vicki L. Gullo of Elmira was last seen in the 200 block of South Hoffman Street near McDowell Place around 3 p.m. on Nov. 29, according to the Elmira Police Department.

Police said Gullo’s vehicle was found unoccupied at a residence in the 200 block of South Hoffman Street with all her belongings inside.

Authorities had described Gullo as a white woman, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, and said she was believed to have limited mobility.

Police had asked residents in the area to check their backyards, garages and outbuildings, as well as security camera footage.

Due to Gullo’s medical status and weather conditions at the time, she was considered a vulnerable adult in need of medical attention.
