FERRISBURGH, VT — State police responded to a report of retail theft at the Dollar General on Nov. 3 at approximately 3:56 p.m.
An investigation revealed Patrick Cota, 32, of Bristol, stole approximately $30 worth of merchandise.
On Nov. 28, Cota was issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 5, 2026, at 12:30 p.m.
