MARSHFIELD, VT — A 49-year-old man was arrested Tuesday evening after allegedly violating a temporary order against stalking.
State police from the Berlin Barracks responded to a report of an abuse prevention order violation on School Street at 5:46 p.m. Nov. 25.
An investigation determined that Anthony Russell, of Marshfield, had violated a Temporary Order Against Stalking by making contact with the protected party, according to police.
Russell was taken into custody and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
He was issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court-Criminal Division at a later date and lodged at Northeast Correctional Center.
