JOHNSTOWN, NY — The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office handled 728 incidents and made 73 arrests between Sept. 26 and Oct. 26, according to a press release.
The incidents included 21 animal complaints, 14 disorderly conducts, 31 domestic violence complaints, 5 DWIs, 2 frauds, 14 larcenies, 9 mental health complaints, 2 missing persons, 52 motor vehicle accidents, 159 traffic stops, 4 trespasses, 2 unauthorized uses of a motor vehicle and 20 welfare checks.
William F. Roehr, 66, of Wells, was charged in the town of Northampton with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Keith J. Vannostrand, 47, of Broadalbin, was charged in the town of Johnstown with reckless endangerment 1st degree, a class E felony; petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor; criminal possession of a controlled substance 7th degree, a class A misdemeanor; unlawfully fleeing a police officer 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor; and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Danielle S. Miller, 36, of Johnstown, was charged in the city of Johnstown with offering a false instrument for filing in the 1st degree, a class E felony; welfare fraud 5th degree, a class A misdemeanor; and petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Dylan J. Fisher, 32, of Broadalbin, was charged in the town of Johnstown with operating a motor vehicle while impaired by drugs 1st offense, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Joel T. Chenaille, 34, of Broadalbin, was arrested on a warrant issued out of town of Perth Court.
Danelle N. Tucker, 29, of Gloversville, was arrested on a warrant issued by the town of Broadalbin Court and was charged in the town of Broadalbin with bail jumping 2nd degree, a class E felony.
Daniel R. Herring, 26, of Gloversville, was arrested on a warrant issued by town of Johnstown Court.
Brian F. Battisti Sr., 41, of Saint Johnsville, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Montgomery County.
Brandon S. Smith, 38, of Saint Johnsville, was charged in the town of Oppenheim with assault 2nd degree, a class D felony; and criminal possession of a weapon 4th degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Natalie G. May, 24, of Gloversville, was charged in the city of Johnstown with operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended.
Dacoda M. Zoellner, 29, of Amsterdam, was charged in the town of Mayfield with driving while intoxicated 1st offense, an unclassified misdemeanor; and operate a motor vehicle with .08% BAC or more 1st offense, an unclassified misdemeanor.
Matthew D. Vannostrand Sr., 45, of Gloversville, was charged in the town of Johnstown with aggravated family offense, more than 1 offense within 5 years, a class E felony; and criminal contempt 2nd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
Evan R. Baker, 20, of Saint Johnsville, was charged in the town of Caroga with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 3rd degree, an unclassified misdemeanor.
John W. Bender, 45, of Fort Ann, was charged in the town of Broadalbin with driving while intoxicated 1st offense, an unclassified misdemeanor.
James P. Scholl, 29, of Johnstown, was charged in the town of Johnstown with petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor.
Jordann J. Bernardo, 30, of Amsterdam, was charged in the town of Northampton with assault 3rd degree, a class A misdemeanor.
