WATERFORD, CT — Police are seeking the public’s help to identify a suspect in a vehicle theft that occurred earlier this month.
The Waterford Police Department said the stolen vehicle has been recovered with assistance from neighboring Connecticut police agencies and returned to its owner.
Investigators have narrowed their focus to a specific individual and released a photo of the suspect.
