NEW HAVEN, VT — A Bristol man was arrested on a fugitive from justice charge after state police responded to an unrelated call.
Christopher Bostick, 40, of Bristol, was taken into custody at approximately 9:29 a.m. on Nov. 26.
Troopers with the Vermont State Police New Haven Barracks were dispatched to a residence in New Haven when they learned Bostick had an active extraditable warrant from Alabama.
Bostick was transported to the New Haven Barracks for processing.
He was later transported to Marble Valley Correctional Center for lack of $15,000 bail.
Bostick is scheduled to appear at Addison County Court House on Dec. 1 at 12:30 p.m.
