LANCASTER, NH — Police arrested a Vermont man on Nov. 25 after observing him driving with a suspended license.
Officers recognized Timothy Egan, 46, of Lunenburg, driving a vehicle on Main Street.
Police were aware that Egan’s driving privileges were suspended for a prior DUI and that he was currently on bail for a separate offense.
Officers conducted a motor vehicle stop and took Egan into custody without incident.
Egan was transported to the Lancaster Police Department where he was processed and charged with operating after suspension/DUI and breach of bail.
He was held on preventative detention and transported to the Coos County House of Corrections pending a hearing in Lancaster District Court.
