Woman arrested on criminal DLS charge in Westminster

WESTMINSTER, VT — A Marlboro woman was arrested after allegedly backing into a parked vehicle and leaving the scene while driving with a criminally suspended license.

Annalicia Blake, 36, of Marlboro, was charged with criminal driving with a license suspended and leaving the scene of an accident.

Deputies with the Windham County Sheriff’s Office responded to the Westminster Station Market on Route 5 on Nov. 20 for a reported hit and run accident.

An investigation revealed that Blake had operated a motor vehicle with a criminally suspended license and backed into a parked vehicle in the parking lot, according to Deputy Thomas Raymond and Detective Sergeant Mario Checchi.

Blake left the scene without exchanging information, authorities said.

Blake was later located and placed under arrest.

She was transported to the Windham County Sheriff’s Office to be processed and released on a citation to appear in court.

Blake is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 27.
