GLASSBORO, NJ — Police are investigating a series of vehicle burglaries that occurred overnight in a residential area.
Unknown suspects targeted vehicles in the area between Greentree and Fishpond Roads, according to the Glassboro Police Department.
Numerous vehicles were burglarized and personal items were stolen.
Police said the suspects were looking for unlocked vehicles during the incident.
Authorities are urging residents to lock their vehicles and remove key fobs from inside them.
Motor vehicle thefts continue to be on the rise in Glassboro and throughout the South Jersey area, police said.
