PENN YAN, NY — Authorities are seeking a man wanted on motor vehicle charges in Yates County.
Larry Walker Jr., 40, is wanted for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a speed violation, according to the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
Walker is described as a Black male, 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighing 185 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
