ONEONTA, NY — A woman faces felony charges following a traffic stop in the town on Nov. 21.
Amy S. Jones, 42, of Oneonta, was charged with driving while intoxicated with two previous convictions, a felony, and aggravated unlicensed operation in the first degree, also a felony, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Jones was also charged with unlicensed operator, moved from lane unsafely, driving on shoulder and open container in motor vehicle.
Deputies found Jones to be intoxicated by alcohol during the traffic stop.
Jones’ driver’s license had been revoked in New York State for two previous DWI convictions, according to the sheriff’s office.
Jones was processed and turned over to Otsego County Corrections pending centralized arraignment.
She is scheduled to appear in Oneonta Town Court.
