MILFORD, NY — An 18-year-old was arrested following a physical altercation at a BOCES school, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
Quincy Speller, of Oneonta, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree aggravated harassment on Nov. 12.
Sheriff’s officials said an investigation revealed Speller sent threatening text messages to another student over several days.
Speller then engaged in a physical altercation with the other student on the grounds of the OAOC BOCES School, causing physical injury to the student, according to authorities.
Speller is scheduled to appear in Milford Town Court and Oneonta Town Court.
