ONEONTA, NY — A man was arrested following an investigation into a larceny in progress at Walmart on Friday.
Lucas A. Peeters, 23, of Oneonta, was charged with petit larceny, according to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office.
The incident occurred at the Walmart located at 5054 State Highway 23 in the town of Oneonta.
Peeters was processed and released on an appearance ticket.
He is scheduled to appear in town of Oneonta Court at a later date.
