HARTWICK, NY — A Laurens man was arrested on drunken driving charges following a personal injury motor vehicle accident Nov. 10.
Albert E. Peterson, 60, was also charged with driving on the shoulder.
The Otsego County Sheriff’s Office said Peterson was found to be intoxicated by alcohol.
Peterson was processed and released with uniform traffic tickets.
He is scheduled to appear in Hartwick Town Court at a later date.
