ENFIELD, CT — A pedestrian was killed following a motor vehicle collision on Route 190 (Hazard Avenue) at Glen Arden Lane Thursday evening.
According to the Enfield Police Department, the incident occurred on Nov. 20 when a Toyota Camry struck the pedestrian.
The operator of the Camry, George Donahue of Enfield, remained at the scene and cooperated with police.
The injured pedestrian was transported by Somers EMS to Johnson Memorial Hospital with suspected serious injuries and was pronounced dead.
Police have not released the victim’s name, pending notification of next of kin.
The Enfield Police Department Traffic Division, with assistance from the Metro Traffic Regional Reconstruction Team, is investigating the crash.
