SOUTH BURLINGTON, VT — Vermont State Police responded to a report of a verbal argument between two parties on Nov. 21 at 6:56 a.m., which escalated to a road rage incident on Interstate 89 and continued onto Interstate 189.
According to police, the initial altercation occurred in Williston before moving onto the highways.
The South Burlington Police Department located both parties involved in the incident.
Nestor Diaz Jr, 41, of Winooski, was cited for criminal threatening and grossly negligent operation.
The victims were identified as Kenneth Labor, 58, of Burlington and Tiffany Wilbur, 39, of Whiting.
Diaz was ordered to appear at Chittenden County Superior Court Criminal Division on Jan. 29 at 8:30 a.m.
