Arrest on hit-and-run, suspended license charge in Lincoln Woods

LINCOLN WOODS, RI — Troopers arrested Kasara Borden, 38, of Providence, at 4 p.m. Tuesday.

According to Rhode Island State Police, Borden was charged with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in damage to an attended vehicle, and driving with a suspended license for the fourth and subsequent time.

Police said the arrest followed an investigation by the Lincoln Woods Barracks, with Borden being located by the Providence Police Department.

Borden was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks, arraigned and released pending a future date at the Sixth Division District Court.
