Man arrested on domestic violence charges in South Windsor

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A 56-year-old man was arrested following a domestic violence incident Wednesday night.

South Windsor police arrested Zafar R. Ansari, of South Windsor, at 8:34 p.m. Nov. 19.

Police determined Ansari struck a juvenile victim during the incident.

Ansari was charged with risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct.

He was processed and released on a $5,000 non-surety bond.

Ansari is scheduled to appear in Manchester Superior Court at 9 a.m. today.
