CHARLOTTE, VT — A 48-year-old man was cited after troopers responded to a report of juveniles consuming alcohol at a residence on Col Williams Way.
Troopers from the Williston Barracks responded to the scene at approximately 10:37 p.m. on Nov. 15.
John Siedlecki, of Charlotte, granted consent for troopers to enter the residence.
Upon entering, troopers observed a group of juveniles and indicators of alcohol consumption.
Siedlecki was issued a criminal citation for sale or furnishing to minors and enabling consumption by minors.
One juvenile involved in the incident was issued a court diversion appointment.
Siedlecki is scheduled to answer the charges at Chittenden County Criminal Division.
