WORCESTER, MA — A 46-year-old man was arrested on drug trafficking charges following the execution of search warrants on two vehicles.

Antonio Brown was taken into custody on Ekman Street on Nov. 18 after Worcester Police Department Vice Detectives concluded a lengthy investigation into large-scale distribution of crack cocaine in the city.

Vice Detectives stopped Brown after he entered one of the target vehicles and arrested him on active warrants for trafficking in over 200 grams of cocaine from an earlier incident this year.

A search of the vehicle revealed approximately 2 kilograms of crack and powder cocaine, totaling approximately 2,000 grams, as well as approximately 30 grams of fentanyl.

Brown was charged with trafficking over 200 grams of cocaine and trafficking in fentanyl, in addition to the outstanding warrant.

Vice Detectives had developed information during the investigation that Brown was trafficking large quantities of cocaine into Worcester.
