WALTHAM, VT — A traffic stop on Middlebrook Road led to the arrest of a local man on multiple violations.
On Nov. 17 at approximately 4:59 p.m., state troopers conducted a traffic stop on Middlebrook Road near the intersection with U.S. Route 7.
The operator was identified as David Ouellette, 59, of Waltham.
The investigation revealed Ouellette was violating his conditions of release and his ignition interlock restriction.
Ouellette was placed under arrest and transported to the Middlebury Police Department for processing.
At the conclusion of processing, Ouellette was released with a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court, Criminal Division at a later date.
