HAVERHILL, MA — Police are searching for a missing 20-year-old man last seen in the area of the Hampton Inn on River Street and Bank Road on Nov. 10.
James Moss, of Haverhill, was wearing a blue jacket, grey sweatpants, black shirt and carrying a large black backpack when he disappeared, according to the Haverhill Police Department.
Moss is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
Police said Moss has family in South Carolina and has been known to frequent several Merrimack Valley and southern New Hampshire communities during the last few months.
