MARSHFIELD, VT — Vermont State Police received a 911 hang-up call reporting an active domestic assault at 7:10 a.m. on Nov. 15.
The victim reported that an ex-partner had assaulted them that morning.
Troopers investigated the incident and arrested Thomas Boggs-Harte, 39, of Northfield.
Boggs-Harte was charged with first degree aggravated domestic assault, burglary and unlawful mischief.
Police have not released any more information at this time.
